2. Create > Doc Page, Blog Post, Page, etc
3. Type some html markup in the text area
4. Click preview

RESULT:
1. Text displays in plain-text
2. Many of the modules on the page are disabled and cannot be enabled
- Input Format
- CAPTCHA
- Attached Images
- Book Outline
- Comment Settings
- File Attachments
- Authoring Information
- Publishing Options

This is critical as I cannot create readable content without these modules.
