User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090212 Minefield/3.2a1pre

Minefield has suddenly decided to hang with a spinning pinwheel for about 5 seconds every once in a while. There isn't any pattern that I've been able to detect in what causes this.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use browser normally
2. Every once in a while, the browser will hang with a spinning pinwheel for about 5-10 seconds
3. Browser resumes normal operations
Actual Results:
Browser randomly hangs

Expected Results:
Browser should not hang
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090623 Minefield/3.6a1pre

Not reproduced so far, at least not on windows. To exclude add-ons, have you also tested this in safe-mode?
