Updated staging, since this is a CSS change, when reaching production, it'll
need a css cache flush.

Stage has been reconfigured so as to not cache and aggregate JS / CSS files so that i can see these and any further changes straight away now.

@Jamey
Would you let Gozer know if he can pull these changes to production ?
