2. Open a new tab


Actual result:
Back button is enabled

Expected result:
The nav buttons are disabled

Patch v0.1

* Use BrowserUI._tabSelect
* updateNavButtons -> _updateButtons(aBrowser)
* Pass the browser into the _updateButtons
* Nothing needs to be in Browser
