Details

When nypost.com is loaded (used for testcases), Fennec will crash. This was seen on the n810 with the beta 2 candidate Fennec build from 6/24. When both JIT settings are turned off in about:config, the crash still occurs.

I am not seeing this in beta3, aakash or al, can you confirm that this is fixed on your end? Maybe it is related to memory?
This crashes Fennec for me without swap enabled on build: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux armv6l; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20090827 Fennec/1.0b4pre This might be a memory related issue, so leaving open and adding it to the meta bug for all website crashes that are assumed to be memory related.

This is fixed due to the patch from bug 503784. I'm not seeing a crash on panning with build: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux armv6l; en-US; rv:1.9.2a2pre) Gecko/20090901 Fennec/1.0b4pre

With build identifier Mozilla/5.0 (Maemo; Linux armv7l; en-US; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20090914 Firefox/4.0b7pre Fennec/2.0b1pre loading www.nypost.com will not crash the application but it will block it in loading the page. After this no other page will be loaded. (previous other pages can be loaded/ are loaded)
Ioana, I can see the same crash sometimes, but since it's a new regression I've opened bug 596289.
