Observe the following attachments. There are boxes dangling below webpage elements that simply do not belong and are only present while using Murrine themes with a non-zero GtkRange::trough-border value. Ubuntu 9.10 will be shipping in October with a default theme that features a scrollbar that uses a non-zero GtkRange::trough-border value.

I'd appreciate it if you didn't close my bugs before I get a chance to further
explain them.

Also, I can't reopen the other bug, it won't let me.

Furthermore, the Murrine dev/creator says this bug is not GTK or Murrine's bug,
it's a Firefox bug.

Bug is now exposed by default in Ubuntu Karmic.
