User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5

When a torrent is being downloaded at full speed, Firefox tends to not fully render pages properly, normally resulting in a white page with standard black and blue text, with no CSS etc. apparent.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download any torrent.
2. Navigate to a couple of URLs, sometimes tend to be those that are heavier in html, java etc.
The CSS,JS files can not be loaded because your are hitting a timeout.
Why should this be a Firefox bug ?

It is a Firefox bug, this happens ONLY in Firefox, not in IE or Chrome. It simply does not render the pages properly for some reason.
