Details

Given that the Shark builds are already special, we should build them with --enable-dtrace -- this would give us a build that we can point people to that's useful for inspecting all sorts of runtime behaviour, both in native code and in JS. dtrace has no runtime dependencies, afaik; even if it does, we can make these builds 10.5-only.
