We need a KB article for bug 444930, a crash issue when opening PDF files that was fixed with an update to Adobe Reader. The solution is to install the latest version of Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader
Does this need its own article or will a mention in the firefox crashes article suffice? It's pretty simple and is basically the same as advice that should already be there, keep your plugins up to date.
I changed it to working with a pdf file because some reports have it crash when you close a PDF file.
