this is debatable a dupe of bug 475678, but seems sufficiently different to me to warrant its own bug.

This seems to be fixed in current 1.9.2 builds. I just tested with desktop, it renders all the way to end of page, and when you pan, the position fixes itself.

tanner can you check this out? By the way, if this is fixed in a later nightly build than the bug was created, it is not a resolved:worksforme. It's a resolved:fixed and the suspected patch that fixes this bug needs to be commented into here.

Verified Fixed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2b1pre) Gecko/20090923 Fennec/1.0b4pre
If we want, I can hunt down the changeset that fixed it, but if someone beat me to it, I wouldn't complain ;).

I'm pretty sure this was fixed by checkin 66ba098af8ac for bug 514623: strange behavior after clicking anchor links (doesn't scroll directly to anchor?), r=bcombee, r=mfinkle
