User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; et; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5

Related to plugin, when I go to www.mozilla.org with my linux box I have a call to LoadPlugin(LoadPlugin() /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/mozplugger.so returned b1402d80)

I'm not sure it is specific to Fennec. Google suggests there is generally a link with Java for this error.
Can also check : http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting+plugins
Some further test results loading www.mozilla.org with fresh profiles each time:
BuildID=20090625122750 loads nicely, no errors in error console, exits with 0
BuildID=20090626012914 crashes as described previously
BuildID=20090627013451 crashes the same way

But, if I first open www.mozilla.org in 25th build and then use the same profile in either 26th or 27th build to open the same page, it won't crash.

If I simply let 25th build create the profile but not open www.mozilla.org then both 26th and 27th builds crash using this profile opening www.mozilla.org.

Hope this helps.
yes, that code comes from sun's java plugin. please complain to them.

I can confirm, I get this crash upon start of Firefox (Linux Fedora 11) on a build from today (July 1st, 2009):

$ ./firefox
INTERNAL ERROR on Browser End: Could not get the plugin manager

The crash is happening when Firefox is trying to load the java plugin symlink to libjavaplugin_oji.so

So the question is: Is Firefox or Java to blaim? It is true this did not happen a week ago or so.

I use the following version of java: jre1.6.0_14
the java plugin killed you. it's welcome to defend its murder of your browser for whatever reason, but it was still directly responsible for its murder.
Indeed the jre1.6.0_14 kills my browser, but so does also libgcjwebplugin.so -> /usr/lib/gcj-4.4.0/libgcjwebplugin.so

This is not a Sun java, but an alternative distributed by Fedora.

The release version of Firefox 3.5 works fine (with either plugin installed), however.

Anyhow, I have reported this to the Sun Java crew, possibly they will contact you.

Please also see bug 337438, which I believe is the same
It also happens with SUN's Java with the latest nightly (aka FF 3.6pre):

java version "1.6.0_14"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_14-b08)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 14.0-b16, mixed mode)

Any chance to ping them too?

Mass-closing bugs in the "OJI" component: OJI plugin integration was replaced with npruntime long ago, and these bugs appear to be irrelevant now. If there is in fact a real bug that remains, please file it new in the "Core" product, component "Plug-ins".
