All the scripts for the site are on http://www.motorafky.cz/top_a.htm the server at http://muj.hyperlink.cz/scripts/counter.asp?id=1478&digits=5 seems to accept the request then never sends the script.
The menu also eventually show for me after at least 30 seconds. I'd say this bug in invalid due to the design of the page and how the menu buttons are coded.

yes, this bug is still valid - even if I remove my profile and create the new one.

This works for me - the server at http://muj.hyperlink.cz seems to be sending the attached JavaScript file. Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2.14) Gecko/20110128 Firefox/3.6.14 and Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b11pre) Gecko/20110202 Firefox/4.0b11pre
