Details
Linux 2000-08-23-13. Resizing the prefereces dialog leaves screen garbage:
1) Start Mozilla
2) Edit->preferences
3) Navigator
4) Grab the bottom edge and resize up, then down, quickly
Garbage remains in the white-backgrounded portions of the dialog. See the

I see the screen shot, but I can't reproduce it.

It is easier on slower machines. If you resize the Navigator panel such that
scrollbars appear and disappear, the problem is more frequent. Or start a
high-priority process using 100% cpu in the background.

cannot repro following the above steps (ie, resizing prefs dialog such that
scrollbars in Navigator panel disappear/appear). vrfy.
