When displaying the "About Mozilla Firefox" panel from the Help menu in Firefox 3.5 RC3 under Windows, the 16x16 Firefox icon from version 3.5 RC2 is shown, rather than the updated one in RC3, seen here: http://blog.mozilla.com/faaborg/2009/06/23/several-small-changes-to-the-firefox-icon-in-rc3/ 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Under Windows, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'About Mozilla Firefox'.
2. Note the appearance of the icon for the 'About Mozilla Firefox' window in the taskbar and compare it to the icon for other windows.
Actual Results:  
The darker 16x16 icon from version 3.5 RC2 appears.

Expected Results:  
The lighter 16x16 icon implemented in RC3 appears.
