Please create an alias for the default QA contact for bugs concerning Arabic l10n. Let it be arabic.ar@localization.bugs

In addition, please set the default assignee in those bugs to nobody@mozilla.org.

We still need to change the QA contact. Otherwise, we won't be able to watch the Arabic l10n bugs.
