Sometimes when I my signature is used it look like this.

My signature is stored in "C:\Documents and Settings\Jason Cook\My Documents\Signatures\memory.sig" and the contents of that file is Jason.

Sometimes included "--"

Expected Results:  
Always included"--"

See the discussion in bug 498326; if you are replying to a message, have your reply start above the quote, and your signature is placed below your reply, then no "-- " signature delimiter is set to avoid that the quote is treated as part of the signature.
