Q: I use Firefox 3 - how do I upgrade to Firefox 3.5? A: You can upgrade to Firefox 3.5 by visiting http://www.firefox.com and clicking on the big Firefox 3.5 free download button. Congratulations, you’re moments away from the best browsing experience ever! Firefox 3 users can upgrade to 3.5 by choosing Check for Updates from Help menu (see bug 483058.) That would be better than downloading a complete exe/dmg/tar.gz from mozilla.com.
Thanks Kohei. I'm copying Melissa and Nicole, who own the content for the press pages...will let them make the call on whether they feel like this is the right place for this info.
Good catch. We had this language included in the blog.moz post. Fine to reuse it here. You can download Firefox 3.5 at firefox.com and enjoy the new features and faster performance. If you’re using the latest version of Firefox 3.0, you can get Firefox 3.5 by clicking on the Help menu and then selecting Check for Updates.
Steven, per the comments above please update the 3.5 with the following blurb: Q: I use Firefox 3 - how do I upgrade to Firefox 3.5?
