i try login to the Lotus Notes mail web interfase through https protocol.
After first authentification for the /mail area passed, the browser generate 7 same screens for login input for the next area.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try connect to Lotus Notes Web mail interface



Expected Results:  
same authentification screens like in 3.0.11 version (not seven like in 3.5)

Are you using a proxy server ? Then it's bug 348997 or bug 356097 or a variation thereof. There are multiple bugs that look a lot alike, but slightly different (proxy server, session restore are the most common), but are caused by the same issue.

The real cause will be fixed by bug 475053.

yes, i use proxy. When you will correct the bug 475053, i'll retest problem.

Yesterday bug 475053 landed on trunk.

Anyone experiencing this bug is invited to test latest trunk (possibly with a
clean profile) and report results here.

As per comment #3, testing this bug with Firefox 3.5.x is not useful at all.

You should download latest trunk version (http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/), start-up with a new profile and then retry the above testcase.

Retested on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090730 Minefield/3.6a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
all works correct

As per comment #1 patch in bug 475053 fixed this bug.
