Details

The file MozillaUninstall.exe should be in the Mozilla directory not in the WinNT directory. There's no need to fill up the WinNT with unnessasary files and we might as well move the uninstall file to the Mozilla directory.
not a good idea because then the Mozilla directory would not be removed due to a file being in use, the MozillaUninstall.exe (not even after a reboot).

Perhaps it could be moved to "$HOME\Mozilla" ? I really hate programs that put stuff in C:\WinNT .... That's where the registry.dat file live.
I still think the mozillauninstaller should be in: %APPDATA/Mozilla
