Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hover cursor anywhere on a web page. Actual Results: An empty tooltip appears. Expected Results: Nothing should appear unless the mouse is hovering over an image or element with alt-text.
Ok, fixed. Looks like the Google Toolbar for Firefox addon was causing the problem; when it's disabled it goes away.
