This URL is a 404 sometimes and works sometimes:

https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/editors

Usually a 404 means that the database needs updating, but the fact it is working sometimes makes me think there is a bigger problem.

This is blocking QA.

Cleared cake cache, fixed now. I've also added git clean -f to the sync scripts, so they'll clear out every couple of minutes. This is in effect for addons.mozilla.org as well.
