Build Identifier: 3.5 Final
Firefox 3.5 (final) is not working on windows 7 x64, the RC and Beta's worked perfectly.
Application fails to initialize
No crash log
No windows application error
No error in windows application log
Have tried compatability mode, with no results
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run firefox
2. Nothing happens
3.
Actual Results:
Run firefox 3.5 in wondows 7
Expected Results:
Firefox runs as it did in the RC and Beta's
I feel this is very important as Windows 7 release is not to far off.

Summary: Not working in Windows on final release → Not working in Windows 7 on final release
Are you running Firefox in 32 bit mode (xp mode) or whatever it is called? There is no 64-bit version of Firefox.
Keywords: 64bit
Version: unspecified → 3.5 Branch

Did you tried the usual debug steps :
a) safemode - http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
b) new profile http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager
c) install in an empty directory. There is another bug for a 64bit system with such a case (updated from the beta/RC).

Just tried it.
Safe Mode - same result - does not run.
Removed Profile - Normal/Safe Mode - does not run.

Sorry, yes compatability mode has been tested with no avail.
Also just tried using the "Run as administrator" option, still does't run
