User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060308 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.11
Build Identifier: 2.0.0.22 (20090608)

It is not possible to reply to or write a message to a person that you have the e-mail certificate to without having setup your own certificate.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive S/MIME signed e-mail to an account without a S/MIME certificate set up
2. Press reply button
3. Select security->encrypt this message (not sign)

Actual Results:
Thunderbird asks for setup of security for account. Not possible to continue without.

Expected Results:
No question about setup of security as long as you only want to encrypt message to somebody (not sign).
