when using the addon "reload every" on the new version of firefox 3.5, I get the above error repeatedly.  It doesn't matter if I have 2 tabs or 12 tabs open reloading.  It only seems to happen when using the reload every.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open a few tabs in firefox.
2.  Set reload every to 5 seconds and enable all tabs.
3.  Wait.
Actual Results:  
After just 1-2 minutes, I received the error A script on this page has been stopped due to a low memory condition. 

Expected Results:  
Tabs should just reload every 5 seconds with no errors.  

I had no problems with the previous versions of Firefox.  I would like to have the Firefox 3.0.10 again until this is resolved, how do I do that?  I also don't know how to check and see what "theme" I'm using.

Is this using reload every version 3.5?  https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/115

Usually bugs caused by extension are marked invalid and up to the extension author to fix but since this extension has a maxVersion of Firefox 3.5.* and has made it onto AMO, I'm wondering if something else is going on here.  Probably still the extensions fault though.

Please report this issue to the author of the addon, this is a bug in the addon if you get this only if you use the addon.
That it's maxVersion is set to 3.5.* doesn't matter

I just installed the new firefox yesterday, didn't say anything about having to install new addons too.  So I uninstalled the old reload every and just reinstalled the new reload every.  I currently have 8 pages reloading, has been for about 5 minutes, and no error yet.  Will let you know if I do get the error.

I would think that installing the new firefox though, you'd either get a warning about the addons or it would automatically update them.  Just some food for thought.

Matthias, the maxVersion set to 3.5 though seems to have been the fix.  Again, if I get the error again, I'll let you know, but it does appear that the issue was resolved by uninstalling the older version and reinstalling the newer version.

Also, since it is a Firefox addon, why wouldn't firefox want to assist with it?

Sorry for causing the issue talking about the reload every maxVersion.

Because the extensions do weird things with coding and are not always up-to-date with code changes in Firefox.  There is no way Mozilla could provide support for the thousdans of add-ons with all the different coding styles and things that extensions do to Firefox code.

So where do I go to fix the problem then?  I did just get the error again a few times, but then it stopped without me having to restart firefox.

To the extension author.  Right-click the extension, go to extension homepage.  Search addons.mozilla.org for the extension and find the author info/extension homepage.
