1.The test case for the display of Security Panel in Preference Dialog box is
clicked.
2.The expected visible user content for Security Panel comes up as an image.
3.Comparison is done with the actual Preference box with the image in order ot
ascertain the exact content.
4.Expected result:The Security should be available in the Preferences and with
the same content.
5.Actual result:Security Panel in the Prefereces is missing .(is it change of
feature or a user acceptance testing bug ?)

yeah, this was removed for the time being. see bug 38966 for info. gonna mark
this as invalid for now.

blawinder, thx for pointing this out --i just recently updated my test cases for
out of data pref panels.
