Currently on Firefox, if you open another window such as "Addons" or "Downloads", and decide to close firefox, the option windows remain open. This is perfectly fine for windows like Downloads where a download may be running, but it would be nice to be able to be able let firefox close those windows when closing the main program.
I propose two options: "Close all windows when closing Firefox", along with a sub-option, "Do not close the Downloads window when a download is active".
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Addons", "Options", "Downloads", etc.
2. Close firefox
3. The windows remain open (current, correct but suboptimal behavior)
Actual Results:
Firefox closes with several windows open.
Expected Results:
I suggest there be an option to close all windows on firefox exit.

Note: Small mistake, I mean the non-modal windows, obviously. It seems "Options" doesn't act this way, my bad.
