All text on the page ought to be aligned to the left margin, but the second line in the <li> element will erroneously be aligned to the <p>'s right edge. This is dependent on the font size, and does not appear when the font size is increased or decreased. I can reproduce it in Windows XP, with Times New Roman at the default size. Reproducible: Always

Could you be clearer about what behavior you expect and what you're seeing instead?

Well, either one is valid... which one you should get depends on whether there are 300px left on the line after the end of the word "egestas" (which is where the float's "anchor point" is). That can vary depending on font and presumably various aspects of rounding that change with zoom level. I think this is probably not a bug.
Note that this behavior started after we fixed bug 50630. I think the main argument that there's a real bug here would be if you'd expect that this behavior not change when you zoom in/out. I'm going to mark invalid; roc can reopen if he disagrees.
