Hi there:  We need to update the blocks due to the launch of Firefox.

1) Let's replace the Community Marketing Team with the current Upgrade the Web promo on the home page.  Can we shrink it a bit and place it on the "post-it" style block so it fits in?

2) We need to update the copy on the fastest Firefox block.  New header should be:  The fastest Firefox yet!  
New text should be:  
The submission period for Fastest Firefox is over. Check back soon to see the best of our community-created videos!  In the meantime, enjoy one from a world record holder.

Mary, we actually have three videos of world-record holders on http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fastest/; don't we want to change the text to reflect that?
