Hi all:  The promotional flyer hosted on Mozilla Service is ready for l10n.  Copy is attached in a word doc and PDF can be found at: http://serviceweek.mozilla.org/promote/mozservice09/en_US

Austin or Pascal:  Can you advise on the best way to update the actual file?  Shall we have folks turn off text files and we get TRO to update the files?

I don't see an attachment on this bug.

I don't know what the best way to update the flyers will be. I will upload the pdf files per locale when they are finished.

The only process we know for localization of printed material is copy/pasting and then doing back-and-forward checks with the localizers for QA of the final document.

Hi Mary, thanks a lot for publishing the letter size versions of
the Mozilla Service Flyer in Italian asap! :D

About the content for the Italian site: Elisabetta is on the way to complete the translation. She'll publish both the files(faq.php and message.po) in bug #503919 definitely before we'll go in holiday.

The Italian translation for the headers, flyers, certificates and buttons have been done already and published into the related bugs.

Hi Mary,

The flyers are ok except for two details, i.e., 4 punctuation marks:

#1 In the 09MSW_posterLayout_letter_italian1.jpg file, after the word "migliore", the colon mark should be removed, i.e., from "Internet dovrebbe rendere la vita migliore:" it should be changed into: "Internet dovrebbe rendere la vita migliore", without colon since it's a heading. 
 
#2 In the same file, after the clause: "Fai la differenza.", the period mark should be removed, i.e., from "Fai la differenza." to "Fai la differenza" without periods for the above reason. 

#3 In the same file after the word "Settembre" the comma mark should be removed, so from "14-21 settembre,2009" it should be changed into: "14-21 settembre 2009" without commas"

#4 The same for the 09MSW_posterLayout_letter_italian2.jpg file, comma should be removed after the word "settembre".

Sorry for these late changes, but some details can be noticed only by looking at the "end product". 

We would appreciate it very much if you could make the changes before August 11, since on that date we'll be going on holiday.

Hi, we've changed a few words on the German Website for the Mozilla Service Week.
Would it be possible, to apply these changes to the flyer?
If so, please replace the string "um unsere Gemeinschaft, unsere Welt, unser Internet zu verbessern." by "um unser Umfeld, unsere Welt und unser Internet zu verbessern."

Hi Alina:  The flyer translations for RO and CA are incomplete :(  We need the “Want to Help?” and “Need Help?” and date translated for both of them.

On the doc it's the:
