In the two links which i provided in the above field, the page doesnt come up as normal please try the website yourself in 3.5 version and you will see what i mean.
i didnt have this issue in 3.0.11 version.

1.restart Firefox
2.Reinstall firefox

Actual Results:
still having same issue
Expected Results:
keep same settings in the Firefox version 3.5 as it was in 3.0.11

Usually a quick fix for this is to hit CTRL + F5 to do a fresh reload of the page and bypassing the cache. This happens when the .css hasn't loaded.
If that doesn't fix it for you then,
1. Try to reproduce in Safe Mode. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
2. Disable all add-on and see what the minimal set of add-ons installed will
cause this problem to reproduce
3. Try to reproduce in a new profile.
