Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.22 (20090605)

I've received an Outlook invitation and accepted it. But I have some smtp problem today, so when I tried to confirm, it has not achieved to send the response because it was not able to connect to the smtp correctly, I've so cancelled the response sending but the event has been added to my calendar and I cannot resend the confirmation response to the sender.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an Outlook invitation
2. Disconnect from smtp
3. Accept the invitation
4. Cancel the response sending that cannot achieve

Actual Results:
Look that the event is confirmed and you have no way to resend the confirmation

Expected Results:
The response stay in your "message to send" folder.

Sensible request, confirming. It would be nice to use the activity manager for this, possibly we can re-use some (UI) components from Thunderbird here so that bug 506239 is also fixed.
