Like the rest of the importing articles, but for Chrome.
Article is up. Will also need to update ((Importing bookmarks and other data from other browsers)).

From review:
- Removed SHOWFOR because the article is windows only
- Reworded intro, so we don't start every article with "the article describes..."
- Added padding to screenshots.
- Italicized "Save As", so readers know which words are part of the name.
- Added location where to find imported bookmarks.
