Selecting View -> Page Source (Ctrl+U) sends a new request to the web server, instead of showing the current page's source code.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit linked website
2. Wait a couple seconds
3. Select View -> Page Source
Actual Results:  
The time shown in the source window is different from the time shown on the page.

Expected Results:  
The time shown in the source window is the same as the time shown on the page.
I am unable to reproduce this bug after clearing my offline cache: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Clear Now.

My offline storage settings:
Use up to 200 MB of space for the cache
Tell me when a website asks to store data for offline use: Yes
The following websites have stored data for offline use: None
Exceptions: None
