The Polish localization files for DOM Inspector need to be updated and "pl" should be added back to "alllocales" to have a localized Inspector in SeaMonkey2.

I prepared a patch that:
1) Adds missing and removes obsolete strings
2) Fixes wrongly translated strings and broken access keys
3) Changes the formatting to the one used in en-US (which also means, that the license blocks in some files are being removed)

This looks OK, but why are you removing the license headers?

I'm (or more: my script is) removing them, because the corresponding en-US files don't have that license headers.
