1. Go to <https://dm-sumotools01.mozilla.org/tiki-admin_actionlog.php>
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Check mark "Created", and click [Set].
4. Click on the Report tab.
5. Set some dates, and the Staging area category, then run a report.

Result: No results, because Settings were not kept. (click on the settings tab again to verify).

I use the action log for the following weekly metrics:
- # of updated articles in the staging area
- # of active KB contributors in the staging area (created or updated an article)
- # of new articles (in the staging area)

Is it because sumotools db gets reset, or the settings just aren't being saved?

I don't why it is happening, but it looks to me like settings are not being saved.

I might have been at fault for this. At any rate, when I was doing the metrics dashboard stuff, I checked out a new SVN repo and put it in /var/www/html, so that I wouldn't affect the original checkout on sumotools. It seems that restoring the old svn checkout fixed this.

Also, it works on stage and my local host, so it was a sumotools only issue.
