Some cursor types are not working on Windows CE. For example, when customizing the toolbar, the cursor should change to the grab type (hand) when hovering over a draggable item.

Most of the examples of http://www.echoecho.com/csscursors.htm work, so maybe it's just this one? I notced in bug 499810 that splash.rc stuffs a number of cursors into firefox.exe (including a "grab" cursor), even with the fix to that bug applied I'm still not seeing it, though.

WinCE/Windows Mobile support has been removed from the main build system, Spidermonkey, mobile installer, in-app updater and so on (see bug 614720, bug 554087 and all their dependants). Until such point where MS decide to release a Windows Phone 7 NDK and the decision is made to port to that platform, this is WONTFIX.
