A few menu items on Windows CE don't seem useful:

File ->
  Page Setup
  Print Preview
  Print

(AFAIK, there's no printing support; at least I don't see anything in the Control Panel for adding printers)

File ->
  Import

New devices, so it's unlikely anyone has things to import. Maybe some devices will have IE installed? No idea if out migration code handles that, though. Invoking this menu command actually seems to hang the app right now (bug 502519), so we should probably at least remove it until that's fixed.

Help ->
  For Internet Explorer Users

Not sure about this one. Might have some value for an IE desktop user trying Firefox for the first time on a mobile device. Though the SUMO page also talks about importing settings...

There definitely was some sort of printing support on some devices, but this was back when I had a PDA with CE 5 (I think), not sure if they kept it around though.

Our printing support is disabled for these builds, so removing this is good.
Attached patch Patch v.1Splinter Review
I left the "For IE Users" menu under Help, figured it didn't really hurt to have.
