When expanding the width of a window on Windows CE, there's a weird 2-step painting process. First, the empty region that's now part of the window is filled with stuff that seems to be part of the page, but is sometimes offset strangely, or repeated/tiled. This happens quickly. Then, maybe 150ms later (a slight but noticeable delay), the region is painted again with the correct content. This leads to a weird 2-step effect when resizing the window.

WinCE/Windows Mobile support has been removed from the main build system, Spidermonkey, mobile installer, in-app updater and so on (see bug 614720, bug 554087 and all their dependants). Until such point where MS decide to release a Windows Phone 7 NDK and the decision is made to port to that platform, this is WONTFIX. Filter bugmail on WinCEMassWONTFIX.
