the layout of private settings in preferences is weird here.
the 'open firefox in private session automatically' is not aligned with the other settings and it's made me believe the history and cookie setting only related to private session mode whereas it is not (?)

Behavior still the same in 12.0.

The History and Cookie settings might not make sense as Private Browsing throws them away anyway, so not sure if there is a bug here at all.
