All bookmarks menu is empty, once Firefox 3.5 (PL) is installed. Restart of Ffox did not help... I can only restore my bookmarks from "bookmarksbackup" files

did restore bookmarks from the Library fix the problem?

Yes, all bookmarks are back now, except for one I've added today, just before the update.
