When the option to switch to a new tab option is selected in the preferences, the focus when opening a new tab stays in the old tab instead of switching to the new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Preferences -> Tabs
2. Make sure "When I open a new tab, switch to it immediately" is checked.
3. Click a link that would normally open a new window.
Actual Results:
The focus stays on the old tab.

Expected Results:
The focus should switch to the new tab.
