502899 - add /firefox/personal.html back to the rotation of Firefox redirects

In bug 498930, we decided to pull http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html from the rotation of Firefox redirects to ensure that *all* Firefox users would be prompted to download 3.5 during its first few days of general availability.

But, now that the early stage is behind us, it's time to add that redirect back to the mix. The breakdown is as follows:

/personal.html - Firefox 3.5 users (needs to be added)
/upgrade.html - pre-3.5 Firefox users (already in place)
/ie.html - IE users (already in place)
/firefox.html - everyone else (already in place)

Jeremy, I'm assuming this should go to you but let me know if not. And, when the fix is ready Tara and/or I will be happy to push the file(s) live.
