There is a need coming from l10n-drivers team to have a separate repository hierarchy for hosting our tools on hg. A good place for this would be hg.mozilla.org/l10n, where new repositories could be created.

Specifically, right now, we'd like to host the following projects there:
- l10n dashboards, currently http://hg.mozilla.org/users/axel_mozilla.com/django-site/
- silme, currently http://hg.mozilla.org/users/zbraniecki_mozilla.com/silme/
- l20n
- l10n-src-verification, currently http://hg.mozilla.org/users/axel_mozilla.com/l10n-src-verification
- possibly some compare-locales code (like verify-rss-redirects script)

I'd like to start the process by asking what we need to get an approval for this. I also guess we'd need to create a new LDAP group for people that will have access to this hierarchy. I'll file a bug for this once we have a 'OK' from the IT.

If you want to create new repositories or anything like that you'll need to move this bug into Server Ops.

Nothing... This bug is all you need.

Do you want a separate LDAP group to restrict committers, or are you happy allowing anybody with Hg access to be able to commit? Either way is doable.

http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/ created and repositories moved / created.

hg_l10n_infra posix group created and populated with Pike, stas, gandalf, and sethb. pascalc does not have an Hg account, so he'll need to file a bug to get one before I can add him.

Only thing I lack is adding l10n to the footer.
