I don't know Fernando's current status.

I apologize if my process flow is off. I've emailed a few people in L10n to get this ironed out.
I already have a SVN account (see bug 426170)

just need the commit permission to http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozillaservice.org/trunk/web/application/locale/pt_BR/
Austin: In the future it would helpful to have the actual person requesting access file the bug and then reference the original bug. There is no way for Reed and I to keep track of who does or does not have an account already set up. I assume you are vouching, so with that I will move this bug over to server-ops for access to mozillaservice.org/trunk/web/application/locale/pt_BR and to make Fernando a member of the svn @localizers group

I apologize. I am running all future localizers past Pascal to find out their status before filing bugs. (This came out of comment#4 above).
