Made Firefox the default program to open the file from this folder, and voila!! a huge number of tabs are opened. I can only shut down Firefox with cntl alt del etc. Tried 3 times....3 failures. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.As in above details. 2. 3. Actual Results: Multiple tabs open, Firefox will not respond. After shutting firefox down with cntl alt del and restarting Firefox again I can delete all the tabs by shutting firefox down again with the normal "quit" button. ie "quit without saving". Expected Results: Hopefully would have opened the .mht attachment I had saved. standard theme, computer is x86 laptop, 1gig ram, fully patched win xp (as of today at least!) Firefox was reinstalled about an hour ago. Many thanks to your team for Firefox and Thunderbird. The .mht file was checked with AVG and Commodo on separate computers with no obvious nasties being found. I checked the bug list, but I couldn't find a similar problem. Thanks, don.

Hi, I'm a little worried that an application can go into an infinite loop while connected to to the internet, surely this is a recipe for exploits? Cheers, Don.

Every browser can be remotely crashed or you can freeze all browsers remotely but this is no remote freeze because it requires a user action.
