Running Mozilla/Netscape with the -installer does nothing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
open a dos prompt
go to your mozilla directory
type mozilla.exe -installer

Actual Results: Mozilla launched to default homepage

Expected Results: Brought up profile manager or migrated the existing 4.x
profile.

None.
I saw this yesterday, but the build I just downloaded (082508) is wfm,
-installer is back again.
Wfm on 082508 Win98.
URL: none
there is a new file HOMEDRIVE\HOMEPATH\mozilla\registry.dat that needs to be
removed (along with c:\windows\mozregistry.dat and ~users50) before migration
will take place.
see discussion in seamonkey-internal@netscape.com
Jason - any update to this?

reassigning to racham.

That was it, I was expecting \mozilla\registry.dat to show up under the root
directory, rather than under my OS directory. Marking invalid.
