50340 - Right justifying text in a cell table creates an unusual cell inside a cell or completely unexpected structure

Description

Steps:
1) Open a blank Composer document
2) Insert a table
3) In a cell, type some text
4) Click the left justify icon
Random things happen and could loose data
5) Insert another table in this document
6) In a cell, type two lines of text so hit return so that the second piece of
text is on another line
7) Place caret on the second line text or select this text
8) Click the left justify icon
Get cell in the middle of a cell

Actual Results: Strange unexpected behavior.

Expected Results: Text is left justified.

I'm not seeing this in today's build, maybe something odd about the day you were 
using it
