503459 - support crash report URLs with "bp-" included

We'd like to include the "bp-" in about:crashes prefixes in about:crashes so that they are correctly linkified in bugzilla when they are pasted in (see bug 445421). It would be a slightly simpler patch if Socorro supported stripping the "bp-" automatically, and would also help people who build the URLs manually.

E.g:

http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/05dfb612-7b03-436e-972f-01e5b2090610
and
http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-05dfb612-7b03-436e-972f-01e5b2090610

should be treated the same.

This is in prod.
report/index, report/pending, and the new simple search will accept the bp- prefix.
