Issue with untagging
1. Tag a few messages (I had 3 when I encountered the bug)
2. Select only these tagged messages
3. see that the summary view shows them
4. Message -> Tag -> Remove all tags
5. The summary view is not updated
Nothing in the Error console

If you wait for a while - a few minutes (between 5 and 10) eventually the summary will be updated.

Using the STR: when I do Remove All tags, it removes all tags as is expected. Seems like this is working as expected. Tested using 78.6.0.
