I asked about this in #mozwebtools with no answer so I file this bug to get broader audience.
Bugzilla 3.4rc1 and 3.2.4 were released, but not 3.0.9, though there was a commit since 3.0.8: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsview2.cgi?diff_mode=context&whitespace_mode=show&subdir=mozilla/webtools/bugzilla&command=DIFF_FRAMESET&file=attachment.cgi&rev1=1.126.2.3&rev2=1.126.2.4&root=/cvsroot

I think this is an omission.

justdave answered you when you asked on IRC. We didn't forget to release 3.0.9 (this kind of omission seems a bit too obvious to forget). There isn't enough new stuff since 3.0.8 to release 3.0.9. We won't release it unless there is a security bug fixed on this branch.
